Terms of Service

By accessing or using any KODE Scripts products, services, or digital content (collectively "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

All scripts, resources, and digital products sold by KODE Scripts are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on the number of FiveM servers specified at the time of purchase.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the source files.
• You may not claim ownership or remove copyright notices.
• Reverse engineering for redistribution is strictly prohibited.
• License keys are tied to your account and are non-transferable.

All purchases are processed through Discord tickets and are considered final. Due to the digital nature of the products, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Product not delivered or inaccessible due to our error.
• Major functionality issues not resolvable within 72 hours of reporting.

To request support or dispute a transaction, open a ticket in our Discord server.

Some products include IP-based license verification. By using the product, you agree that your server IP address may be recorded and associated with your license key for anti-piracy purposes.

• One license = one server by default, unless otherwise specified.
• IP changes must be reported to us via a support ticket.
• Abuse of license keys may result in immediate revocation without refund.

KODE Scripts may provide updates to products at its discretion. Updates are not guaranteed for any specific timeframe. Support is provided via our Discord server and is limited to installation assistance and bug fixes for the original product.

We are not responsible for issues arising from:

• Third-party framework conflicts (ESX, QBCore, etc.).
• Custom modifications made to our scripts.
• Incompatibilities with server configurations not listed in product requirements.

You agree not to:

• Use our products for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent license verification systems.
• Distribute, leak, or share our products with unauthorized parties.
• Impersonate KODE Scripts or its staff.
• Engage in chargebacks fraudulently.

All content, code, branding, and assets produced by KODE Scripts remain the exclusive intellectual property of KODE Scripts. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

KODE Scripts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to server downtime, data loss, or lost revenue.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via our Discord server.
