• Server data: Public information about FiveM servers running KODE scripts, collected automatically via our internal systems (see Section 3).
• Usage data: Log data including pages visited, timestamps, and error reports to improve our Services.
• Communications: Messages you send us via Discord tickets.

When you install and run a KODE script on your FiveM server, our scripts may automatically collect certain publicly available server information and transmit it to our internal systems. This data is used solely for license management, analytics, and service improvement.

The data collected may include:

• Server name: The display name of your FiveM server as configured in your server settings.
• Server banner / artwork: The banner image URL associated with your server, if publicly set.
• Active player count: The number of players currently connected to your server at the time of the data transmission.
• Maximum player slots: The configured player capacity of your server.
• Server IP and port: Used for license binding and verification.
• Server locale / region: The configured locale of your server, if publicly available.
• Script version: The version of the KODE resource currently running on your server.

All data listed above is considered publicly accessible information within the FiveM ecosystem. We do not collect private player data, chat logs, in-game activity, or any information that is not openly exposed by the FiveM server runtime.

By installing a KODE script on your server, you acknowledge and consent to this data collection as part of the license agreement.

We use the collected information to:

• Authenticate your account and manage your dashboard access.
• Deliver and manage your purchased licenses.
• Verify server IP addresses for license enforcement.
• Display server information within your KODE dashboard.
• Monitor license usage and detect unauthorized use across multiple servers.
• Improve script compatibility and performance based on aggregated server data.
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
• Send important service-related communications (no marketing spam).

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

• Discord OAuth: Login is handled via Discord. Their Privacy Policy (discord.com/privacy) applies to data processed by Discord.
• Legal compliance: If required by law, we may disclose information to comply with legal obligations.
• Service providers: Hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g., Vercel) that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

When you use a KODE script on your FiveM server, the script may transmit your server's IP address to our license verification API. This data is used solely to validate your license and prevent unauthorized use. It is stored securely and not shared with third parties.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records).

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based.
